Nordstrom needed to promote their new holiday gift wrap and curb-side pick up service. All customers needed to do was shop online, text "curbside" when they were ready to pick up their order and Nordstrom would deliver it to their car. Putting the customer first is nothing new to Nordstrom and this idea did just that. Using stop motion animation in an entirely new and delightful way this video showed customers exactly what to do to get their holiday shopping done fast. It worked. The amazing Gucci boots and Ray Charles soundtrack certainly helped.
